My personal journey began four years ago when I committed to transforming my health. I lost over 50 pounds, rebuilt my lifestyle, and developed a sustainable relationship with fitness and nutrition. That journey continued through pregnancy, where I remained active and trained consistently for both myself and my baby—deepening my belief that wellness should enhance your life, not compete with it.

As a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, virtual coach, and behavioral change specialist, I go beyond programming workouts. I provide structured, supportive coaching designed to create lasting behavioral change through realistic training and balanced nutrition guidance.
